Case Study: “ITI Website”
Background
ITI is a Norwegian education institution whose main philosophy is about integrating education with travelling. While studying marketing and languages, ITI students travel across continents and stay at their study centres in Mexico, Spain and Thailand. Along with their new corporate identity, ITI asked us to develop a new corresponding website with new functionality.

Challenge
As well as a complete visual facelift, we had to add functionality which made the ITI website more user-friendly, dynamic and easier to update.

Solution
After collaborating closely with the client in workshops, we have delivered information architecture, design, a content management tool and site development including a range of functionality in four different languages. The site has been based on Microsoft.NET technology and Microsoft SQL Server for managing back end solutions and data storage.

ITI students can now apply for courses online, search for information, order information which is automatically generated to their e-mail addresses and chat. Dynamic and database driven travel essays are posted on the home page as well as in archives. The new design is fresh, user friendly and according to W3C accessibility standards.
