We have had requests from clients who would like to improve their layout and graphics editing skills. We now offer customised workshops, which cover the basics of working with graphics.

- We gained the knowledge we needed in order to use the tools on or own, says Arne Andreas Opheim, head of Operasjon Dagsverk, when speaking about the indesign workshop at A&O.

The group was taught how to choose between gifs and tifs, and learnt the basic principles of good layout. Their self-produced publications will now appear with a more professional layout.

For designers, workshops like these facilitate the interaction with the client and make itmore efficient. The clients will be more able to select sutable image qualities for their projects, and also evaluate more effectively.
