Beautiful, is the response from the Opera gift shop so far! They have decided upon our new souvenir design, which is ready for production. We have used the Opera’s graphic identity as a starting point, and illustrated a concept based on the distinctive shape and angles of the building.

The illustration is an abstract simplification of the building, and the motif is distinctive and delicate. Initially, the Opera will be producing a range of post cards, fridge magnets, porcelain mugs, caps, sunglasses, sun cream, beach towels and gift pens. As well as just being souvenirs, several items are also intended for visitors who simply want to enjoy a brake on the sunny roof terrace.

Christiania Glassmagasin is in charge of the the Opera shop. Pictura Normann and Identity Textiles will be producing the souvenir items.
